While using the app I have noticed that with my electric guitar plugged directly into the phones input I can play no notes and it will count everything as "perfect", and currently detects open string strums the as being correct for Em open chord strums. It does detect miss timed or wrong notes properly (most of the time). Have not tested with an acoustic and phone mic. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Trying to rule out note feedback from the app through my plug in headphone amp. Signal is pass to and from the phone using the same cable, then mixed in the plug in amp and output through headphones. I have been unsuccesful in using the phone mic and unplugged electric guitar in a dead silent room (<35db ambient).
