  1. Omaha, NE Craig's list ad. http://omaha.craigslist.org/msg/826268512.html Very Tempting to check out...except I'm looking for a used Marshall right now#-o
  2. My Gibson Sg faded has a rounded profile and is the thickest neck I have had on any guitar..that includes the 80's Gibson LP I had..as far as a g400..I don't know..I would assume it is thinner like the g310 I have.
  3. I have found that even though I have semi small hands and I fractured the crap out of my fretboard pinky, that with practice, I could play even a 34" scale bass pretty fair..not like John Etwistle..but good enough to to do some good blues runs...anyway my point is it just takes time..keep at it and none of them will bother you.
  4. The only Les Paul styles that come with trem for that money ared used epi's that have been fitted with trem or an agile...that I know of.
  5. Thanks, Glenn, I will look into the schaller.
  6. I don't think I ever paid too much for anything as usually (before I moved to the sticks) I bought from pawn shops or used at guitar stores...even then you could find the unpopular gibsons for around 600 dollars. Really since I have been playing I have only spent about $700.00 on a single guitar. Most are in the $150.00 to $400.00 range and now I only have about $1400.00 in guitars...my $700.00 Gibson SG is half of that...but it's the one I play most. I do remember going into Prosound in Colorado Springs one day and buying a midi controlled preamp that was hot at the time and paying over $1000.00 for that....and I'm still kicking myself in the *** for not buying the Marshall stack that was actually cheaper!!!!!
  7. I have a guitar with a missaligned bridge. Is there a tuno-matic style or roller bridge that has side to side adjustment for the strings?...this is an off brand made in china or korea.
  8. Thanks, Twang, I'm not apposed to any trade really...just trying to go with same same money wise and since this is an Epi forum I tried to pick an Epi model.
  9. I don't think the gas gets less with age. I'll be 42 this month and I always see something I would like to have. I just don't jump into a buy like I did when I was young. Sometimes I think I research and think about "will I use this...do I really need it, and will it get me the sound I want" so much that I talk myself out of most purchases. The +side of being older is that I have more funds available and therefore have more choices...can be good or bad I guess.
  10. I know most wouldn't part with them but some have more than one and I was looking for something to mod....anyway, I didn't know I wasn't supposed to ask about trades on here. most forums have a place for it. sorry guys.
  11. Well, I just thought I would throw it out there since they both sell for about the same money used and figured somebody might have a g400 that they don't like as well as another and would want the gnx for effects and such. If not, no biggie.
  12. I have been tempted as well with the 112 single channel v18...wonder if you could adapt a vj pt in there.mmmmm?
  13. I have a digitech gnx3000 I would trade for a g400. I don't care what color.
  14. Just to give you more gas....here's a used Iommi at GC. http://used.guitarcenter.com/usedgear/details.cfm?listId=104892759
