Anyone?

Hi people, I'm trying to find out when the V basses were built. I know they were only manufactured between 1981 and 1982 and only 375 of them were apparently made, but can anyone be more specific with the dates that they were made? I've looked all over the internet but can't find any information as to when the run of V basses was started and finished. Thanks in advance
