When I bought my Casino from the retail arm of the Epiphone distributor (Gallin's Melbourne) not only did I have a hard time finding one on display that didn't have obvious problems' date=' but I was given "nothing" with it, just the bare guitar. I even had to buy a gig bag to get it home safely! For $980 AUD would have expected better!
I won't go back there ever and it left a sour taste in my mouth about Epiphone unfortunately.

Same with my G-400. Nothing that was on the list for a new Epiphone...which was kindof a downer because I had to carry my new guitar out of GC. That made it seem like I stole it if no one else was with me. =/
There was the sticker even though I wished that it came with everything else that it should like my Fender Stratocaster (minus the case, of course).
