Know anything about this Samick Les Paul Custom? in Epiphone Electrics Posted January 3, 2013 Hello new here, I just wanted to state that the older script logo on the headstock is the 2nd version of the guitar, maybe around 89 - 90, the 1st prototype had the same script writing, but had the logo "The Samick" as in my pic. i have had this guitar since the late 80's, acquired in a mom and pop shop in Kentucky on a trade in even up. this has to be one of the best playing LP's i have ever put my hands on. supper thin neck, nice fret work, and great finish. although the hardware, and pickups are little to be desired, but with original Gibson replacement parts, you got a winner. I call this my Samich
