  1. Oh, and hi back. I didn't even know you'd greeted me, I haven't figured out the format here yet.

  2. You didn't snag that name from Blue Oyster Cult's Spectres by any chance, did you? My name is based on 2 of their songs.

  3. First time guitar buyer during a simple mid life crisis. Rather than a sports car and a mistress i chose this route. Love it, just wish I had some skills, unlike if I'd gone for the sports car and mistress. I also didn't receive the 10 foot cable. I wasn't exactly expecting it or anything else as the on line ad made no mention of any swag. I got the other stuff though. I wouldn't have minded getting the cable, but that wouldn't have lost them the transaction in any event. The day after I orded this, a music shop opened up next door to me, so I got the cables and other stuff before the guitar even came. I'm another one that got the Digitech RP90 and got the DG15 amp for free. I got my guitar from Musicians Friend and found the Digitech offer by chance, but, really a Les Paul Junior by Epiphone for $99, A few hundred on extras and I'm pretty happy with everything. I would have been out of my mind not to have THIS mid life crisis! I now am learning how to play guitar on an iconic axe! I may suck at it, but I'm still gonna try!!! I'm grateful for Epiphone producing these entry level products or I might never have given this a shot. I wasn't about to spend a few grand on something that might just end up leaning against the guitar stand if I can't get these 50 year old fingers to start loosening up some. And if they do, I know just what company will be selling me the next one, I'm loving this guitar big time. Thanks Epiphone.
