I am the original owner and purchased it serial #991003 in 1999 from Wildwood Guitars in Colorado. Can I obtain a copy of the certificate from Gibson for this guitar? Everyone have an excellent week! Craig A dealer is offering a stock 1999 R9 for $3900. I don't know if the SD Antiquity pups and Hovland Musicaps attract a premium over a stock R9 on the used market. As for the COA, since you are the original owner Gibson may just replace it. I read that you have to send the entire guitar back to Gibson for verification before Gibson does it.
