I wouldn't think a little glue maintenance and a fret job would run a serious fan away. A very nice find. An iconic model. My 2011 price guide has 1960 J-200 at 8-10k retail if it all checks out. Not enough movement in market prices lately for me to justify a new guide. Good luck and enjoy the heck out of that Jumbo

JimR56
I"ve never owned a flat top guitar, but that's the one that always appealed to my eye. In terms of value, I would place more emphasis on the current market (ebay completed auctions, gbase.com, etc) than price guides. There's also the "search all of Craigslist" site. You should be able to get a pretty good idea of a range of what it's worth by looking around online. Congrats!
