Never saw one with gold hardware and the Custom Shop stamp intrigues me. Any more info on this model? I had owned a blonde Dot until selling it on eBay about four years ago - bought in 1999 - that was junk. This one is totally the opposite! Deke the Custom Shop stamp is pretty common. usually for exclusive runs for Guitar Center or Musician's friend or a non standard finish. sounds like you may have picked up a Dot Deluxe.
