Raptor Posted February 27, 2008 Share Posted February 27, 2008 Corian, a plastic composite material very similar to what they used on the original 1950's guitars. I forget the exact name of the material back then, but it was a nylon plastic compound, but it had a brand name to it. It is no longer made so corian was chosen and is pretty much the same.
