Mac: From the Finder, select Go > Applications > Live 7.0.13 OS X > Docs and double-click on the manual in the appropriate language. If anyone IS interested in what they are actually getting the following restrictions have been confirmed by Ableton;- "Max number of Audio and/or MIDI Tracks per Project: 16 Max number of Live Audio Effects per project: 4 Max number of Live MIDI Effects per project: 4 Max number of Instrument Plug-in Instances (VST or AU) per Project: 2 Max number of Audio Effect Plug-in Instances (VST or AU) per Project: 6 Max number of Sends/Return Tracks per Project: 1 Max number of Mono Audio Ins that can be used: 8 Max number of Mono Audio Outs that can be used: 2 Max number of Session View Scenes per Project: 4 " For now, the other restrictions can only be established by searching for "Live Lite" in this doc: http://documents.scribd.com/docs/2atgj3h1m7q8163twsmd.pdf On each instance of "Live Lite" being found in the search you must then try the Function to establish wheather or not the functionallity is available. I would do it myself for you all but I have no Dark Fire, no RIP and no DVD. Not sure if its still possible , but I used to track with it off a flash drive, no problems. Cubase SX 3 at the momment, but I love the whole drag and drop aspect of Ableton. We'll see I suppose.!!
