BowerR64 Posted May 4, 2016 Share Posted May 4, 2016 I kinda like the sound of these pickups in this red studio i got off guitar center. I like the sound of em better then my Gibson studio pickups! When i go back and forth between the 2 what ever is in the gibson sounds more thin and bright. The EPIs sound thick and warm. I kinda forgot what the neck says, the bridge says "high gain pickups" at the top and at the bottom says "Rewind 75" im thinking the neck was 74 or 76 or something like that. I wanted to replace one of the pots with a push pull pot and wire it to the neck to switch between humbucking and split coil but its a 2 wire pickup only so i couldnt run it that way.
