Gibson GA-15RVT Variations?

Hi all,

I have run across a strange set up on this model Gibson. It has GA-15RVT on the chassis

but when I compare it to the available diagrams on the internet it is not exact. This model

has a choke instead of a 270/2W resistor and a 12AX7 tube instead of a 12AU7. All the

schematics show this model as using a 12AU7 but it has the AX and it's written on the

chassis just like the other tubes. Also, the auxiliary speaker jack is mounted on the rear

instead of up by the tubes. I haven't checked any further as to differences. Has anyone
