Upgrading a 2020 MIC Casino

I got a beautiful new MIC Casino for Christmas.  I love it but it rattles and buzzes like a sitar.  That's fine, since I was planning to upgrade the hardware anyway (before I have it set up by a pro).  So I was looking for recommendations (or things to avoid) regarding aftermarket bridges, tail pieces, P-90 pickups (looking for Beatle-ly 1960's sound - is it possible to get that sound in a hum-cancelling design?),  electronics, even nuts.   Anything that's fine as-is I'll leave, but it seems like the bridge at a minimum needs upgrading.  Additional rattling might be coming from tailpiece or pickups, I'm not sure.  All advice appreciated!

Congrats! Casinos are super great & vesatile Guitars! Excellent choice.  USA Gibson P90’s if you can find them. Next choice Fralin or Lollar P90’s. Switchcraft Jack & 3 way Switch. A proper B-7 Bigsby.. These mods aren’t  too expensive & will turn it into a Tone machine!

Let us know how it turns out..

Best of luck..

Thanks Larsongs.  I'll probably pass on the Bigsby - I want to keep this guitar whammy-less (was never really good with a whammy bar in the first place).  But really appreciate the suggestions.

I don’t use it that much either. A little bit once in a while. The reason I suggested a Bigsby is between my 3 Casino’s the ones with Bigsby or Tremotone have improved sustain...

The cheap and easy way is to replace the bridge with a Gotoh wireless. If you want locking, a TonePro will work - it’s the same as the Gotoh with an added grub screw. The Casino uses a 1-piece bushing/threaded post, so the grub screw will do a number on the threads. I used a TonePro for a while, then I pulled the bushings and installed Faber hardened steel, which required enlarging the holes to 12mm. The Faber locking system is clearly better (no tilt), and the hardened steel bushings made a subtle but real difference in the bass response. But the Gotoh is fine for non-compulsive people.
