Finally had some resolution with a Mr Bob Burns yesterday, very helpful, was the only one to follow up on anything for me. Spoke to 3 other reps on various occasions over the past 4 weeks and no one got back to me when they said they would, zero returned emails, one hung up when I asked if there was a manager available, complete waste of time.
