It's the black Spirit GT Pro Deluxe, as for example shown on the MusicYo website in 2004: http://web.archive.org/web/20040408233639/http://www.musicyo.com/product_specs.asp?pf_id=044 There is no database for Spirit serial numbers, so it's not possible to date it from the serial shown.
