Slash J-45

Recommended Posts

I recently purchased a Slash J-45 Epiphone model direct from Epiphone - which is an amazing guitar, by the way.

My question is, am I able to purchase a truss rod cover to replace the one supplied with 'Slash's' signature on it?

I know that Gibson supplied a blank truss rod cover along with their new Gibson Slash J-45 models - but I believe that the screw holes are in a different position on the Gibson than they are on the Epiphone model.

I've seen few 'unofficial' ones online etc, but I'd rather get the official one if possible.

Thanks for any help.

Hey congrats! The IBGs are amazing. You can find some nice epiphone truss rod covers at Thailia Capos (I have no affiliation with them). I have ordered a few from them for a few of my epiphones in the past. The " T10 (epiphone)" is what I ordered and fit perfect. There are no screws with them. You have to reuse your existing screws. Hope this helps.
