TommyK Posted October 6, 2009 Share Posted October 6, 2009 I posted this on the Acoustics board, but this board has more traffic and maybe someone here knows.: Just got back from Bluegrass jammin'. While this venue is well audioed, I was having trouble hearing my own guitar. I'm not of a mind to 'port' my main player.. yet. Is there belt mounted 'system', that would use a suction cup or other pick-up and an ear piece that would allow me to hear myself. I was right up against the mic and Wasn't sure the chords I was playing was right. In my mind it would be a belt mounted amp with input for pick-up, probably a suction cup pick-up and an ouput to an in ear headphone. Nothing fancy, battery powered, In /out and a volume control.
