Well I was cleaning my Gibson Custom Shop Iommi SG and accidently got some wax on the fretboard. I noticed this about 20 seconds after and I cleaned it all off. Can wax harm a fretboard or inlays? No need to worry. No harm will be done. If you're really concerned about it you can always get a hold of some Ronson Lighter Fluid, put a little on a rag and wipe down the entire fet borad. That will not only remove the wax but it will clean any sweat and finger funk off of the fret board I'm curious, What Serial # Iommi ya got?
