jrsdws Posted February 11, 2010 Share Posted February 11, 2010 Please help point me in the right direction as I'm trying to help my son's start up band with sound equipment for vocals. I don't think they will have more than a lead singer and one back up.....if any of them even step up for that..LOL. I'm trying to research and learn and all I've found is the options are plentiful!! The band consists of 2 guitars, bass, and drums. I don't expect venue size to exceed that of a school gymnasium for a while and I don't expect them to mic any instruments. I guess my biggest question is: How many watts? Please make some suggestions for bare bone minimums so they have a decent place to start without spending a bunch of money.
