I need a tube amp head that is 30w or under. So far I'm really liking the Egnater Rebel 30 although I have yet to play it (I have played the rebel 20). Also looked at the Orange Dual Terror. Riffster Posted February 25, 2010 Share Posted February 25, 2010 I have a Mesa 5:25 Express head and I love it, 2 completely separate channels with 2 vocings each and full features including effects loop and reverb. The countour knob adds even more sound options. The 5 watt mode truly acts like a 5 watt amp while the 25 watt mode (in reality 30watts) is a powerful monster.
