Spoke with Dave from Carr Amplifiers this afternoon about the Viceroy and the Raleigh Amplifiers. Apparently John Fogerty liked the Raleigh so much he has one on his studio desk at home. It's become part of his morning routine. Coffee and plugging into the Raleigh to noodle around before he starts his day. [YOUTUBE] [/YOUTUBE] The Viceroy is great for bluesy Hendrix-Type tones. By the way, this guy is a pretty good player and nails the SRV/Hendrix tone with this amp.
