jeebs3000 Posted April 23, 2010 Share Posted April 23, 2010 I was told there is no headstock stamp of a serial number on a 2007 CF-100e reissue but that it came w/ a serial# on the QA checklist. J185-4Me Posted April 23, 2010 Share Posted April 23, 2010 Only Gibson can tell you whether it's legit; call 1-800-426-2636 on Monday and ask for LaVonne. She may be able to verify things for you. On some guitars that have no serial number impressed into the headstock back, they sometimes stamp them on the neck block. But that would be easily seen.
