CajunBlues Posted June 2, 2010 Share Posted June 2, 2010 So, when I was 17 years old in 1985 I bought my first guitar at a small guitar shop in Glen Echo (I think it was there) or maybe Cabin John... The area just north of the DC line along the Potomac River... Maybe MacArthur Blvd ? IT was a 1973 Les Paul Custom for $400.... I think the name of the shop was Strathmore Guitars... Does anyone know of any guitar shops that were located in Glen Echo in 1985 ? It's no big deal, but for somre reason, it's bugging me not knowing the name of the shop....
