Long story short....had problems with my glucometer , shutting off while in the middle of a test, error messages and just plain a pain in the arse because those test strips are not cheap when you have to do it multiple times . I called Accu-check company up to complain but before I could do that the customer service rep was on top of things. Sending me out a backup machine, new batteries and fifty test strips. I'm happy as hell, not many companies would go beyond the call. Sorry I just get excited when I get good customer service and free stuff lmao....So Gibson and now Accu-check are on my list of good companies to deal with Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
