Fran Guidry
I just got my second Masterbilt EF. The first is a 500M that lives in Hawai`i, keeping warm with a friend. The new one is a 500RCCE 2nd that I snagged on Ebay. I've been intrigued by the cedar top, cutaway, and Baggs electronics so I did the old Buy It Now as soon as I saw this one. I posted my review on my Homebrewed Music blog. Hopefully the writeup will be of interest to some. The blog also includes articles on recording gear and other guitars. Thanks, Fran
L1Picker
Thanks for the review. I've owned an AJ500R and thought it was a great instrument. I'd love an EF500M...if I could have my pick of features, it would be a cedar topped, 12 fret, slotted, mahogany EF.
johnl
Excellent review! I have an EF-500RCE (it has a Spruce top instead of Cedar), and after I read your write-up; I had to run and check the saddle (thankfully everything's in order). I liked the review of the parlor guitars too.
