'70-'71 Riviera pickups

Hi, I just recently picked up a 70 or 71 Japanese Epi Riviera with the 3 point adjusting screws on full sized humbuckers. I was told they were made by Schaller. Is this true? It has the blue label with the serial number on a sticker that goes across the neck plate. The 3 way switch is also in a very odd position, it's on the lower horn, not near the controls. Very strange guitar... the headstock looks like a Gibson but no crown, just Epiphone on the headstock. Strip tuners that are suprisingly not bad.

BTW These pickups sound awesome, very VOX sounding... they sound like an old Kinks recording. At some point a bonehead DIY idiot glued the neck to the body... I did bend the neck a little and it sounded like the glue was cracking loose. It looks like good old Elmers glue, this should be fun trying to undo that mess.:-k
