Long story, but the end result is that a friend put scratches on the sound board by wearing a jean jacket with metal buttons on the sleeve cuff. Now I'd like to remove them--they really are VERY LIGHT scratches, nothing near going through the finish, and they may not be visible to anyone else, but I want my guit back in mint condition so I'm asking if any of you have experience with this sort of "repair". I read the thread regarding polishing a matte finish guitar, wonder if the products mentioned in that thread might work for this purpose. So, what say you all, any ideas??? TIA!!
