VillageIdiot Posted September 27, 2008 Share Posted September 27, 2008 Even If I am able to get the rattles (retaining wire) out of the bridge, should I go ahead and replace with a Gotoh or a TonePros just for better quality and possibly more sustain? I asked a similar question a while back and someone suggested using some lacquer to hold the wire and some one else suggested getting a Gotoh.
