zackg
Can anyone tell me the saddle screw size on an epiphone abr style bridge? I heard it's not the same as gibson, which is 4/40 thread. Thanks
Steven Lister
You heard right. Gibsons are USA standard. Epiphones are metric. I don't know the mm/pitch but any good hardware store will have size/pitch gage. If you're ordering online, just be sure to order the metric size option. WELCOME to the forum zackg! zackg
I was at lowes today, they didnt have anything smaller that #4 metric. I think it is a #3mm x 0.5. The reason I ask is because I have a 70s ibanez les paul copy that also uses metric parts. And I think they share the same saddles and screws.
