V-Type Posted January 2, 2009 Share Posted January 2, 2009 The Invader is a one trick pony IMO. But you can still get reasonable tones if you play with the pickups volume and tone controls. The Gibson 496/500 set is a Good combo and can deliver tones from blues to country too Metal. My buds LP Classic has them stock and they are Very nice.
