I, too, have been intrigued by this guitar and would enjoy hearing feedback from those who own or have played one.

It looks to be a pretty fair copy of the Gibby--same body and neck materials. Also, it is offered in the VSB finish which, for some reason, Epiphone has been shying away from of late.

 

So, opinions please...

I have one and it's really well built and plays well. Use .011 Flatwound strings on it and no buzzing bridge. I wouldn't use anything less than .010" on it.

 

PUPs are pretty good when played clean. It's a Jazz guitar although it will do rock quite well. Take the foam out from under the bridge an have it pinned, it sure save a lot of hassle. I have found it intonates better with the bridge at a slight angle to high E... just turn the wheel on the bridge down a 1/2 turn after doing it.
