1999nbmZ1281734025
For some reason I thought this was a new idea when I saw them in a Fender catalog last year. How long have these been around? Did Fender produce these in the past as well? Epi Strat Acoustic
matiac
A friend of mine has one. It's called a Diablo, and he bought his new about 15 years ago. Sounds good acoustic, but feeds back pretty bad plugged in...I find most of 'em do. I had an Ovation A/E that used to feed back at any volume setting above 2 or 3 depending on the amp. matiac
I got rid of the guitar. It was a nice 12 string, sounded great unplugged, but at the time, I needed something to use onstage, so I just ran my electric clean, and backed off the tone a little, and it sounded pretty good like that for acoustic stuff. The Ovation just fed back too bad to use.
1999nbmZ1281734025
Wow, quick reply! I knew the name, but I was wondering if Fender had built these before the models released over the last couple of years. Is it possible that Fender actually copied Epiphone on this one? Seems a little far fetched...
