I've seen a few other sobe ones but looking for ever on google and other sites and can not come up with any information about this guitar. Any info would be very nice. Don't take my word for it, but I think it was a promotional guitar or something like that. By the looks of it it's a cross between a Les Paul Standard and a Les Paul Studio due to its trapezoid inlays and covered humbuckers, but lack of binding. That's all I know, though. Yours has been upgraded from open-coil HB's it seems. Do you have serial # to search for in Epiphone Guitar Dater Project?
