eds111 Posted July 9, 2008 Share Posted July 9, 2008 I love the tone of my Martin it is a great all around guitar, love the neck on the Gibson. The Martin neck is a handful and causes some discomfort. I can play my L-00 BK all day without a problem. Does anyone have direct experience with both. I played a CJ 165 once briefly, it reminded me of my EC: warm and mellow. I was impressed. I never did a side by side. If I did not have the Martin I would look hard at the Gibson.
