lockenessmonster Posted October 19, 2009 Share Posted October 19, 2009 Hello fellow Epi fans. Looking for any info on the licensed Floyd Rose bridge used on the EM-2 Rebel. I just picked up this guitar for $75 in bad but restorable condition. I LOVE the neck (absolutely zero fretware) and overall feel of the guitar. The bridge is useable, but not in the best shape. The fulcrum points are very sharp and the posts have a bit of play. The problem is the post spacing is around 78-79mm and a "standard" Floyd is 74mm. I can't find anything even close. The only identifying info is "Licensed under Floyd Rose Patents" and the nut has "J-3" on the bottom, similar I'm guessing to the "R2" "R3" notation used with standard Floyds. Thanks!!!
