How does the sound differ with a les paul with a bigsby from one without one

Also wanted to know if any of you guys know if les paul with vibramate + bigsby makes a different sound from a les paul with bigsby only?

 

Would be great if a lot of people who actucally has a guitar of such can tell me the difference! : )
