AlanH
Why are Epi doing so much to tempt us at the moment? Another new model, apparently similar to the Gibson version with Epiphone's own zebra 'Alnico Classic Pro' in the neck and 'Probucker 3' in the bridge (vs. the '57 Classic/Burstbucker 3 combo in the Gibson). It also has coil taps just like the Gibson. I wonder how these pickups sound compared to the muddy (IMO) covered Epiphone Alnicio Classics in a Standard Plus top. markerdown
Man, that looks sweet! I tell ya, Epi 's new models are vast improvements over years past. Looks like they've been reading their customer feedback. First thing I used to do was upgrade the pups, wiring harness, and components. Starting with the 2010 tribute model, seems like more of the elite line components found their way into the new models. .................markerdown
