Thanks Hoss I've never had the fortune to try an Elitist LP but I did try a LP Tribute the other day. Bar the electronics' date=' I found the quality to be no higher than that of a regular Epi LP and was in fact disappointed with the overall finish. The set up was very poor. My review is here: http://forums.epiphone.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=14655 My view is that the Tributes/1959s would suit those players who don't want to upgrade a regular Epi LP themselves.
