dougg330
So, I am loving my IBJL Casino - the electronics and the neck are both killer. But I kind of want the look of black plastic covers on the P-90's, like on an early ES-330. But so far the only replacement covers I've found don't have the angled cover for the neck PU... they're just flat. Anyone have a lead on where I can real vintage-style black plastic covers for these Gibson P-90s? Thanks - Dougg330
pohatu771
Good luck. A combination of the arched top and whatever spacing these pickups are will make it impossible. I've been trying to find them for my standard Casino for over a year. Your best bet is having a whole new set of pickups installed. Someone has to make replacements for archtops. dougg330
I think the standard Casino has Epi's own P-90's, which are made in Asia and have metric string spacing etc. The IBJL is supposed to have Gibson pickups, so any replacement parts to fit a dog-ear P-90 should work. Question is, who has good ones?
