clemonsjw Posted January 3, 2010 Share Posted January 3, 2010 I have a standard 5-string Spirit Bass and was considering adding an onboard preamp. I was looking at an Aguilar OBP-3 SK/PP with stacked bass/treble and a push-pull mid knob. I would also install stacked pick-up volume knobs. So the three knobs would be: 1-Stacked Volume, 2-Bass/Treble, 3-Mid (push/pull). Has anyone done something like this successfully? The control cavity looks pretty small, so I'm a bit concerned it won't all fit. The preamp is about 1" x 1" x 0.6" and there would also need to be a 9V battery. Thanks!
