Ok what im looking to do is start an evh project so I took a old gibson burst bucker pro.and I aged it, did everything i could to make it look like the one like if you notice how in his frank the pickups legs are bent lol and on mine they are bent to so im trying to get it close as possible. but anyway I need to rewind it to 14k im gonna use 42 gauge poly magnetic wire.And use a homemade winder i have set up and im gonna get a ohm reader so that should help but if you could help me.With giving an idea on how many turns i need to do to get it to 14k dcr or how I use the ohm reader to measure were im at when I am winding the pickup. ill include some pics of it this is the first time im gonna be winding a pickup pictures-http://img691.imageshack.us/gal.php?g=064gy.jpg if im in the wrong place just tell me Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
