Plymouth58
I'm about to buy a new Epiphone Les Paul Junior. But I would like some information about these. I noticed they are not in the catalog or on the website. What's the story behind these Limited Edition Juniors? Anyone have some specs (pickup, wood material)? I'm either getting the Alpine White one or the Satin Black. http://fr.woodbrass.com/guitare+electrique+epiphone+les+paul+junior+singlecut+-+alpine+white+-+edition+limitee http://fr.woodbrass.com/product_info.php?products_id=55624 Thanks ;-)

I'm keen to get one soon since they are pretty cool, and I have a spare Gibson Dirty Fingers lying around. And I don't think they're *that* limited, the Pitch Black model has been for sale here for 2 or 3 years.
Vrga
The black one looks downright sexy. I always liked matte finishes than the shiny ones :D In any case, its a Epiphone Junior, a good guitar, no matter the way you look at it.
JPO1959
I would however, change the tuners if you get one. The stock tuners on the Epi Les Paul Jrs are crap. Get yourself a set of grovers and you'll be okay. I have a Junior with the Silver finish that I bought used over 3 years ago, and even though the stock pickup sounded great, it would not stay in tune, so I ended up putting in a set of Grovers and a Bad *** Bridge with individual saddles. Plymouth58
I looked at some of the upgrades I could do on this guitar and came to the conclusion it might be better to go for a LP standard instead ;) The total price with upgrades comes close to a standard which is still a better instrument imo. I'll post pictures when I pull the trigger.
JPO1959
Have you tried the Studio Deluxe? Those are the ones with the Block Inlays and vintage style tuners. I have and they're awesome and not as expensive as a LP standard.

I've got my mind set on one of the white standards with maple fretboard.
