dweb1 Posted September 1, 2010 Share Posted September 1, 2010 Just got the deal of the year (for me anyway). Picked up a 1955 SJ pretty cheap. Condition is about a 7 right now. No real serious issues very solid with vg action at 3/32" at the 12th. Needs a new pickguard and the bridge( which I am looking for no repro's on this one lol) was replaced back in the 60's with the dreaded adj one with a rosewood saddle.Came with what has to be the original Gibson case.Funny been real lucky with my Gibson's....last year found a '35 L-00 for less than a new Yamaha at GC!
