park0925
I have a 2009 Songwriter Deluxe "Special." It looks just like the Songwriter Deluxe Standard, but it has a different Fishman pickup (a Pre-Fix plus T) than the Standard's sound hole system. I've read a lot about the potential value to tone of the various bridge pin materials out there, so I thought I might experiment. Before doing so, I want to ask if anyone has had experience with changing bridge pins and their success (or failure), and ask what size pins to get, as I can't seem to find the information on the site here. I have another guitar (a Seagull) that the bridge pins are considerably shorter, but I really don't know if they could be interchangeable. Any help and expertise would be greatly appreciated!
