DanoSG Posted October 28, 2010 Share Posted October 28, 2010 I've had my Gibson SG Standard for about 6 months now and it's great. It hasn't been set up professionally yet (the action was pretty good straight out of the box) but now it desperately needs one and I'll be taking it down to the shop next week. One thing I've noticed is that the A string tuner seems very loose- and it goes out of tune easily. The stock tuners are the usual "green" key Gibson deluxe ones. Obviously i'll get the guitar tech at the shop to check it out, but I was wondering if anyone else has had this sort of problem? In the case that they would need replacing, would you guys reccomend a set of Grovers? I've heard they are pretty good. Thanks! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
