DeweyCox Posted March 4, 2011 Author Share Posted March 4, 2011 the rickenbacker pickups usually sit on top of the body. so they are too high. if you want to use them youll have to alter the pickup hole. they are longer than humbuckers and not as wide so youll also have to make a pickup ring for them. not a big project but do you want to alter the guitar that much. I want reversable mods, so Rickenbackerpickups is out then, had a feeling it wouldn't work… I'm happy to get it corrected... I don't really know why I never noticed that the 355/12 is not a model! I should have seen those small inlays and known right away. So thanks again for letting me know, I am always happy to make improvements to the site. Johnny is apparently revamping his site in a week or two... should be some cool revelations there! Happy to be a help.
