G McBride Posted September 11, 2011 Share Posted September 11, 2011 Blues competition in Richmond, Indiana and Brian Keith Wallen a 19 year old young man from Milton, Indiana beat out the competition to be named the Star Gennett Blues Artist of the Year. Many of the great Blues and Jazz artists recorded some of their early works in Richmond, Indiana with Gennett Records.
