Ilias Karanzas Posted November 12, 2011 Share Posted November 12, 2011 hey guys i have an Les Paul Studio WB witch i love even though i find the neck a bit chunky for my liking=o) its awesome for jazz and blues but i play a lot of metal and espeacially Gothenburg style melodic (seing that i from gothenburg what else?) so i would like to have a slimmer neck, so to the question, i am planning to get my self a ebony lest paul custom=o) think its the most beaotyful guitar ever made, en well are there custom ebonys with a slimmer neck profile? best regards Ilias Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
damian Posted November 13, 2011 Share Posted November 13, 2011 Hmmm......Welcome to the forums....There's the 60s "slim" and the 50s style "fat".....IMHO, LPCs fall in between....Tough call....... LP necks vary a bit guitar by guitar.....I kinda feel odd suggesting this, but, some SG models are built specifically with very slim necks.......
