Although appalling customer service from Gibson, it is an amazing guitar and they have delivered a guitar that is better than I could have ever expected. After waiting a year without as much as an update even though numerous attempts had been made by me and the shop, I couldn't go through it again so this will be my last Gibson purchase unfortunately ...
